Refund Terms and
Conditions - Cloud Genius
Training
At Cloud Genius Training, we are committed to providing high-quality IT training and support. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Please review our refund terms carefully before enrolling in the program.
1. Payment Terms
1.1 Course Fees
Students may choose one of the available payment options at the time of enrolment:
* Full payment of the course fee before the course start date.
* An approved interest-free finance plan through our authorised finance provider, subject to eligibility and approval.
Course access will only be granted once payment has been received or finance approval has been confirmed.
1.2 Finance Payments
Students who choose a finance option enter into a separate agreement with the finance provider. Monthly repayments, payment schedules, and account management are handled directly by the finance provider.
2. Cooling-Off Period
2.1 In accordance with UK Consumer law, you are entitled to a
14-day cooling-off period starting from the date Of your
initial payment.
2.2 If you withdraw from the course within the 14-day cooling-
Off period and have not accessed more than 2 sessions Of the
training, you are eligible for a full refund Of your initial payment.
2.3 Refunds requested after the 14-day cooling-off period will
not be processed. except in cases Of exceptional
circumstances, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Policy
Students who pay the full course fee are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of enrolment, provided they have not attended any live training sessions, accessed course materials, downloaded resources, or participated in practical exercises.
After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, course fees become non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Withdrawal after the 14-day cooling-off period.
Failure to attend classes or training sessions.
Failure to complete the course due to personal circumstances, employment changes, financial difficulties, or lack of time.
Change of mind after the 14-day cooling-off period.
Accessing course materials, recordings, labs, or digital resources during the cooling-off period.
Students who choose to pay using a finance provider will be subject to the finance provider’s terms and conditions in addition to this Refund Policy.
Students Choosing a 12 Month Payment Plan
Students who choose to spread the cost of their course over 12 monthly interest free payments will enter into a separate finance agreement with our approved finance provider, subject to eligibility and approval.
Once approved, Cloud Genius Training will receive payment from the finance provider, and the student will make monthly repayments directly to the finance provider over the agreed term.
Students remain responsible for meeting their monthly repayment obligations under the finance agreement. If a student experiences financial difficulties, misses payments, or can no longer afford the repayments, they should contact the finance provider directly to discuss the options available to them.
Cloud Genius Training is not responsible for collecting monthly instalments, managing finance accounts, or making decisions regarding finance applications, payment arrangements, or credit agreements.
Any approved refund request will be assessed in accordance with Cloud Genius Training’s Refund Policy and the finance provider’s terms and conditions.
5. Requesting a Refund
5.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to
(your contact email).
5.2 Requests must include your full name. contact details,
and the reason for the refund.
5.3 Approved refunds will be processed within 14
business days of approval.
6. Amendments to Refund Policy
Cloud Genius Training reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes Will
be communicated in writing and will apply to future enrollments,
