Refund Terms and Conditions - Cloud Genius Training

At Cloud Genius Training, we are committed to providing high-quality IT training and support. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Please review our refund terms carefully before enrolling in the program.

1. Payment Terms

1.1 The total course fee must be paid in two installments:

  • The first installment (half of the total course fee) is due upfront and grants access to the first two weeks of training.
  • The second installment (the remaining half of the total fee) is due at the end of the second week, allowing continued access to the course, certification, and job reference services.

2. Cooling-Off Period

2.1 In accordance with UK consumer law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date of your initial payment.

2.2 If you withdraw from the course within the 14-day cooling-off period and have not accessed more than 2 sessions of the training, you are eligible for a full refund of your initial payment.

2.3 Refunds requested after the 14-day cooling-off period will not be processed, except in cases of exceptional circumstances, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 First Installment Refund

  • Refunds are only available during the 14-day cooling-off period as outlined above.

3.2 Second Installment Refund

  • The second installment is non-refundable once paid.
  • Failure to make the second installment payment by the end of the second week will result in suspension of access to the course, and no certification or job reference will be issued.

3.3 Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Withdrawal after the 14-day cooling-off period.
  • Failure to complete the course due to personal circumstances or lack of time.
  • Dissatisfaction with the course content if more than 2 sessions have been accessed.

4. Certification and References

4.1 Certification and job references are only provided upon full completion of the course and payment of the total course fee.

4.2 If the second installment is not paid, you will not be eligible for certification or job reference services.

5. Requesting a Refund

5.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [your contact email].

5.2 Requests must include your full name, contact details, and the reason for the refund.

5.3 Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

6. Amendments to Refund Policy

Cloud Genius Training reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing and will apply to future enrollments.

By enrolling in Cloud Genius Training, you agree to these refund terms and conditions.
